Designed for all people working in an office environment, this course can benefit people working in reception, general office duties, payroll and accounts payable and receivable.
The Certificate III Business traineeship includes the following units:
The following compulsory unit:
- Participate in OHS processes
- Develop keyboarding speed and accuracy
Plus a minimum of 11 units from the following:
- Deliver and monitor a service to customers
- Work effectively with diversity
- Maintain financial records
- Maintain business resources
- Organise workplace information
- Process customer complaints
- Create and use databases
- Create electronic presentations
- Design and produce text documents
- Produce spreadsheets
- Conduct online transactions
- Design and produce business documents
- Produce desktop published documents
- Recommended products and services
- Contribute to workplace innovation
- Monitor a safe workplace
- Produce texts from audio transcription
- Produce texts from notes
- Organise Schedules
- Maintain a general ledger
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Process Payroll
Plus up to four (4) other units from either the Business package (any of the above) or from any other package as agreed by all parties providing they meet Certificate specifications. These choices can be discussed with your Representative.
