BSB 30101
Designed for all people working in an office environment, this course can benefit
people working in reception, general office duties, payroll and accounts payable
and receivable.
The Certificate III Business traineeship includes the following units:
The following compulsory unit:
- Maintain Workplace Safety
Plus a minimum of 3 units from the following:
- Maintain information records
- Collect and provide information
- Dictation to produce text
- Provide information and advice
- Process client complaints
- Equipment operation & maintenance
- Design & develop documents
- Maintain computer files
- Operate & maintain computer printer
- Coordinate schedules to meet section goals
- Negotiation with team members to achieve goals
- How to succeed in the world of work
Plus a choice of 5 of the following units:
- Maintain daily financial records for accounting purposes
- Monitor cash control for accounting purposes
- Monitor stock levels to maintain enterprise activities
- Process payroll
- Maintain financial records for reporting purposes
- Take dictation to produce a text
- Organise schedules
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- PowerPoint Presentations
Plus up to four (4) other units from either the Business package (any of the
above) or from any other package as agreed by all parties providing they meet
Certificate specifications. These choices can be discussed with your Representative.
