This is ideal for senior shop floor staff who are responsible for overseeing
on-floor operations in addition to their own operational activities.
The Certificate III in Retail Supervision traineeship includes the following
units:

- Working in a retail environment
- Apply safe working practices
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Operate retail equipment
- Minimize theft
- Apply P.O.S. procedures
- Interact with customers
- Perform stock control
- Balance the register
- Sell products and services
- Co-ordinate interaction with customers
- Co-ordinate work teams
- Maintain employee relations
- Maintain store safety
- Maintain store security
Plus a choice of 5 of the following units:
- Co-ordinate merchandise presentation
- Co-ordinate sales performance
- Maintain and order stock
- Profile a retail market
- Develop innovative ideas at work
- Operate retail info. technology systems
Plus a choice of max of 2 Recommended units.
OPTIONAL UNIT
- Apply retail food safety practice.
